Exterior paint job, in Spital, to a tudor style house
28th May 2013
I have just finished a very large external paint job on a house in Spital on the Wirral.

This job came in about a year ago and the customers name is Andrew Hall. Andrew used to be the headmaster at Wirral Grammar school for boys and he lives in Spital.

When Andrew first contacted me he needed most of his tudor cladding replacing. Luckily I know and trust a lot of tradesmen that I can call on when required. I happily passed on the details of a trusted builder who was employed by Andrew to replace all of the cladding. It was important that this step was carried out before I could start on the painted finish to the exterior of the property.

Painting above the garage was very tricky but the hardest job on this one was making sure his chickens didn't escape out of his back garden! :-)
Andrew was very pleased with the final job and so was I it looked great when it was finished.
