Exterior paint job, over pebble dashing, to brighten up a home

9th May 2013

One of my customers called me and asked if I could come and re-paint the exterior of his home. He was looking to sell the property and the surveys report highlighted the fact that the exterior needed repainting. So, in order to aid the sale of his property, he asked me to come along and re-paint it for him.

I started the job on Monday 15th April straight after finishing a job I was working on in Ewloe, North Wales. The gable end of the property had to be painted in Dulux weathersheild, as per the surveyors instructions, and the rest of the house was painted in Granocryl masonry paint which is made by Leyland paints.

The job took in total four days to complete and Nick, the customer, was over the moon with the result so much so he has now booked me in to paint his girlfriends house in Leasowe.

The finished paint job really did make this house look fantastic and a massive improvement on how it looked before. Which is great because its just what Nick asked for. What's more it has not gone unnoticed by the neighbours and passers-by. I was approached by a lovely lady who has now booked me in to repaint their home in June, later this year.

It's hard work painting an entire exterior of a house, with lots of ladder work, but the end result is very rewarding and Nick was a pleasure to work for. In fact, to top it all off, Nick, who is a member of the Wirral Anglers Association (WAA), has invited me for a days fishing!. Happy days.

If you on the Wirral, merseyside or North Wales/Cheshire and think your house exterior paintwork could do with a lift then give me a call on the numbers at the top of the website. I would be more than happy to pop along and give you a quote for the work.

Now onto the next job!
